Please read these Affiliate Campaign Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before participating in any affiliate promotional campaigns or program structures operated by Alliance Beauty Group, LLC. By registering, utilizing your unique tracking links, or participating in the campaign, you agree to be legally bound by all terms, restrictions, and conditions outlined herein.

1. Eligibility & Account Verification

To qualify for participation and to remain an authorized tracking partner within this campaign, affiliates must continuously meet and maintain at least one of the following active standard credentials:

• Active Storefront: Maintain an active, fully paid storefront website subscription directly with My Beauty Site.
• Wholesale Portal Account: Maintain an active, verified wholesale distribution account in good standing through the official wholesale portal at mybeautysitepro.com.

If an affiliate's personal storefront or wholesale account lapses, becomes delinquent, or is deactivated for any reason, their eligibility for this program will immediately terminate, and any pending or uncredited referral volumes will be forfeited.

2. Referral Tracking & Cookie Infrastructure

• 60-Day Cookie Window: Program tracking links utilize browser cookies to identify and attribute referral traffic. Referral conversions are tracked for a maximum duration of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the initial link click. Purchases made after day sixty (60) will not be tracked or credited.
• Attribution Priority: Referral credit is strictly determined on a "Last Click" basis. If a referred user clicks multiple distinct affiliate links prior to completing their transaction, the credit will belong solely to the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently before the checkout event.

3. Commission Structure & Excluded Tiers

Commissions are earned strictly according to specific promotional parameters and are restricted to high-tier product conversions:

• Eligible Upgrades Only: Commissions are exclusively generated when a verified, tracked referral completes a direct store upgrade to either the Beauty Pro Level or the Premium Level.
• Payout Value: Eligible conversions generate a 50% one-time payment calculated from the base initial upgrade transaction fee. This commission does not extend to recurring monthly subscription cycles beyond the initial upgrade transaction.
• Strict Exclusion of Starter Stores: No commissions, referral credits, or baseline fees are paid or recognized for registrations, upgrades, or sign-ups tied to the $1 Starter Stores program.

4. Validation, Holding Windows, & Payout Cycles

• Approval Requirement: No commission is considered fully earned or owed until the matching purchase transaction is vetted, approved, and fully settled in our processor architecture.
• 30-Day Refund Holding Period: All qualified conversions are subject to a mandatory thirty (30) day holding and verification period. This window ensures the referred upgrade passes fraud protection checks and does not result in a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal.
• Payout Frequency: System distributions are finalized and issued to approved affiliates every two (2) weeks for balances that have successfully completed the 30-day verification hold.
• Clawbacks & Reversals: If a referred transaction is charged back, disputed, or refunded after a commission has been paid, Alliance Beauty Group, LLC reserves the right to deduct the respective amount from the affiliate's current or future unpaid balance.

5. Search Engine Marketing & PPC Restrictions

Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, bidding on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or social platform campaigns using keywords such as: "Alliance Beauty Group", "My Beauty Site", "My Beauty Site Pro", or any structural typos or close variations thereof. Affiliates may not run search-based ads that direct traffic to their tracking links using these terms. Violation of this provision results in immediate programmatic expulsion and permanent forfeiture of all accumulated revenue.

6. Regulatory Compliance & Disclosures (FTC)

Affiliates must operate with full clarity regarding public promotional practices. In compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules, clear, conspicuous disclosure must be placed alongside any link, content piece, or review space stating that a financial commission is paid to the affiliate for referrals. Deceptive or hidden links are prohibited.

7. Compliance, Reservation of Rights, & Termination

• At-Will Deactivation: Alliance Beauty Group, LLC retains complete, unmitigated authority to cancel an affiliate's access or dissolve their campaign privileges at any moment, with or without prior warning, at the absolute discretion of company management.
• Withholding for Policy Breach: The company explicitly reserves the right to freeze, withhold, or void outstanding or historical commission metrics if it determines an affiliate has engaged in practices contrary to operational policies, including but not limited to self-referrals, spamming, or confusing/misleading promotional media.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Agreement, its structural validity, and campaign operational rules are entirely governed by the internal substantive regulations of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law metrics. Any unresolved financial arguments, data tracking claims, or transactional disagreements originating from participation in this campaign shall be handled and settled via final, binding arbitration within the State of Georgia, under prevailing commercial arbitration rules.
